Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Field Officer focused on solar energy initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting site assessments, coordinating installations, and providing technical support for solar energy projects. The ideal candidate shall possess strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to work effectively in diverse environments. Responsibilities:

1. Conduct site assessments to evaluate the feasibility of solar energy installations, including rooftop solar panels and ground-mounted systems.
2. Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate project timelines, materials procurement, and installation activities.
3. Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding solar energy system design, performance optimization, and maintenance best practices.
4. Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
5. Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose faults, and implement corrective actions to maximize system uptime and efficiency.
6. Document project progress, observations, and customer interactions using appropriate tools and software.
7. Educate customers and stakeholders about the benefits of solar energy, energy efficiency measures, and available incentives or financing options.
8. Represent the company professionally at industry events, community outreach activities, and customer meetings.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. High school diploma/ITI or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a technical or field-based role, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Freshers with adequate trainings are also eligible to apply.
3. Strong understanding of solar energy principles, photovoltaic (PV) technology, and electrical systems.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, contractors, and team members.
5. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving challenges in the field.
6. Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools for assembly, installation, and maintenance tasks.
7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
8. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks in a dynamic
9. environment.
