Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager (Solar Projects) to join our team. This role is critical in leading our solar energy projects, managing cross-functional teams, and driving the growth of our solar initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, project management skills, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning, development, and execution of solar energy projects.
2. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
3. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
4. Oversee the performance and maintenance of solar installations to ensure optimal efficiency.
5. Develop strategies for expanding the company’s solar footprint in the market.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in the solar energy sector.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar energy industry, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
